Due to the nature of our product, we have a no refund, no return policy. Hand painted needlepoint on cotton canvas is receptive to pet dander, perfume, smoke, etc. and cannot be returned to inventory in an effort to protect those with allergies & sensitivities.
We stand behind our products, and will be happy to provide any contents inadvertently omitted. Great care goes into quality control; it is our expectation that you not encounter an issue =)
